A single smooth and hard rubbery ball for targeted deep massage, and exercises.

Pressure of the ball over affected area helps to release tension. Can be used on many different parts of the body including feet, arms, back, hips.  Also extremely useful in pre-pointe and conditioning classes to help engage all the intrinsic foot muscles
